BEAT THE CHILL WITH THE FRENCH BRASSERIE’S BEEF BOURGUIGNON
Melbourne’s cold evenings are becoming all the more arctic as we approach the depths of winter. Just the thought of a warm
French stew and a glass of juicy red are enough to shake the chill, and that’s exactly what the
French Brasserie had in mind with their new winter special.

Let the French Brasserie take the effort out of a warming winter’s meal with their sumptuous beef bourguignon,

BYO Wine Night at The French Brasserie

There will be no need to spend dreary Monday night at home with leftovers and your favourite bottle of wine Hadj Sadki,
owner and manager of the French Brasserie has declared every Monday night, BYO night.
As a passionate wine lover, Hadj wanted to celebrate his own wine collection at good restaurants, enjoying the cellared gems
with delectable food in beautiful atmospheres, but too often diners are confined to the choices on the wine list, while their own prized
bottles get swigged down at dinner parties and barbeques by the uniformed.
BYO night is not just for in touch with their Bacchian desires, its also ideal for those in the hospitality industry, who often only have Monday night off. It’s a great chance for them to relax and have someone else pour their wine and take their orders for a well-deserved change.
